Teach your kids about Health

So many children are being diagnosed with diabetes every year. As adults we need to teach our children the importance of eating healthy and exercising. The sooner we as adults/parents build this foundation we can gaurantee our children a healthier, happpier, and longer life. Eat healthy during pregnancy and give your baby a healthy life from the begining. It's never too late to start!
